(Tap)

Carleen Schnabel is a native New Yorker and
studied tap, jazz as well as ballet for 15 years at
Dance Dynamics on Long Island. Her tap expertise
was tremendously influenced by the one-and-only
David Sanders. Carleen sharpened her "Pump Up
the Jam Moves
" on the Showstopper's Stage,
winning the much-coveted National Title. Highlighting
Carleen's dance career was her performance in a
Christmas Show at Merv Griffin's Resorts Inter-
national Hotel
in Atlantic City, NJ.

Carleen is extremely happy to share her love of dance with children of all ages at Rhythm Dance Studio. She takes pride in the growth and development of her students. She personally choreographs her teams' routines and enthusiastically cheers them on at competitions! Her tappers have impressively placed at many well-known dance competitions. In 2009, she helped her “Teenie” tappers "Breakout" on stage, leading them to become Third Place National Champions at Showstopper’s National Championships in Myrtle Beach, SC.
